Snow Tarps are used during the winter months to quickly clear the jobsite from covered snow fall. Contractors will lay the snow tarps out over the jobsite to cover the surface, materials and/or equipment. Using cranes or front end loader equipment, the snow tarps are lifted to remove the snow fall from jobsite. This allows contractors to clear jobsites quicker and keep production moving forward. Snow tarps easily replace the man hours needed for shoveling snow during winter construction. The use of snow tarps greatly saves time for concrete contractors. During concrete pours, the contractor will lay snow tarps over the exposed rebar before the snow fall hits. The snow tarp protect the freshly fallen snow from piling up in the crevices of the rebar.
