1. PVC fabric
This is the most common awning fabric on the market. Its main features are cheap price and strong waterproof performance. Its disadvantages are poor corrosion resistance, not durable, easy to stain, average UV protection, and generally have a service life of 1-2 years.
2. Oxford fabric
The Oxford fabric used for awnings generally has a gel layer. The advantages are good waterproof performance and good sun-shielding effect. The disadvantages are that it is relatively brittle, easy to fade, and its service life is not long, usually 2-3 years.
3. Domestic polyester cloth
The advantage is that it has good sun protection effect and can block 90% of ultraviolet rays. The color fastness reaches level 5 or above and can be used for 3-5 years without fading.
Imported nylon awning fabric has strong UV protection, good toughness, strong waterproof performance, color fastness up to level 8, and a guarantee of 6-8 years without fading. It is the awning fabric with the longest service life and is also the most expensive fabric.
