Background:
China is a big agricultural country. So far, grain still occupies a pivotal position in the overall situation of national economy and social stability. With the development of productivity, the adjustment of agricultural planting structure, and the application of agricultural technology, my country's grain output has been rising year by year. In the past, the old Soviet warehouses, brick arch warehouses, and bungalow warehouses used by the grain department for grain storage have long been unable to meet the current grain storage requirements in my country, so farmers have difficulty selling grain. The grain department brainstormed, explored, and studied carefully, and successively adopted bungalow warehouses, tall bungalow warehouses, shallow garden warehouses, and even open-air stacking and other storage technologies. Relatively speaking, bungalow warehouses, tall bungalow warehouses, and shallow garden warehouses are more expensive or require complex supporting machinery, and open-air stacking grain storage has many inherent grain storage risks. Therefore, simple warehouses have gradually emerged in recent years, but the walls of simple warehouse composite panels cannot withstand lateral pressure, so they can only be stored in packaging, which not only occupies warehouse space, but also occupies a large number of packaging materials such as sacks, increasing the cost of grain storage. Can simple warehouses be used for bulk grain storage? To this end, we have explored: the method of hanging PVC coated tarpaulin with steel pipe frame inclined cable can solve the problem that simple warehouse cannot store grain in bulk.
Process:
Hanging tarpaulin, divided into 3 sections, each section is 2.5 m, tarpaulin is hung with iron wire between the third horizontal steel pipe and the vertical steel pipe from the lower end, and the second tarpaulin is hung between the fifth horizontal steel pipe and the vertical steel pipe from the lower end, and the hanging tarpaulin is fixed with iron wire and overlapped by about 0.5 m. The third tarpaulin is hung between the top horizontal steel pipe and the vertical steel pipe, and the hanging tarpaulin is fixed with iron wire and overlapped by about 0.5 m; the tarpaulin is hung in conjunction with the 7*19-12 cold-galvanized steel wire, and each layer of tarpaulin is pulled with a layer of steel wire.
