- Using high-sided trucks to load cattle only requires meeting certain conditions, including holding a legal transportation license and quarantine certificate.
8. Inspection and adjustment:
- After the tarpaulin is laid and fixed, check each part of the tarpaulin again to ensure that there are no loose or unsafe places.
- If necessary, make adjustments to ensure that the tarpaulin is secure and covers evenly.
